so... after going into my local Primark store last week i am horrified to say my worst nightmares have come true.
over the past few weeks i have seen slight rise in the prices, only by a couple of pounds but nevertheless their prices have been rising.
although when i entered their store last week i was horrified to find a coat priced at £35.
i know this is not too shocking for the majority, although, Primark is known for its cheap prices and great style. the publicity surrounding the brand has led to the question 'is Primark getting too big for its boots?'
a few years ago Topshop was very cheap and chic, but over the past few years it has become a little over priced. this is due to celebrities shopping in the stores and wearing the brand.
due to this Topshop has become a big brand and is now mentioned in vogue every month, not to mention its collections hitting the catwalk.
i fear this will happen to Primark and that 'cheap chic' was just a phase in the world of Fashion.
